- Overnight shipping* ( 20:00pm-23:00am) - 250 UAH. (the orders are executed only with pre-payment)

Delivery in exactly specified the day time (09.00am - 7.00pm) is 199 UAH.
*** Shipping in the early morning and overnight shipping must be made before 18.00 on the previous day.

- Delivery to the suburbs (20 km from the city) is 250 UAH.
- Delivery to other cities of Ukraine can vary depending on the remoteness from major cities, the price from 50 UAH.
- If you do not find your city/village in the list of delivery cities on our website you can place an order for the appropriate area. Delivery charge for areas unified and takes into account the delivery distance up to 50 km from the regional centers. If your location is outside the 50 km zone, contact the operators chat will tell you the exact shipping cost of your order.
- Gift delivery without bouquets is possible  - the tariff of delivery  will be calculated automatically in your shopping cart

- We deliver your bouquet of flowers to Kiev or another town in Ukraine and the world in a specified time period.

- We guarantee You confidentiality and non-disclosure of information that You provide us for order processing.

- We will contact You via the specified phone number or e-mail as soon as the delivery will be made. If you specify a contact phone number of the recipient, our courier will contact him only when absolutely necessary, for example, experiencing serious difficulties to deliver flowers to the exact place.

-If the address is wrong or the recipient is not in place and there is no way to bring the flowers to relatives, neighbors, the Concierge, the cost of re-delivery is from 50 UAH. The maximum waiting time of the recipient 15 minutes. Re-delivery is carried out within 24 hours after the first. The third time the delivery is not made, the order is considered completed.
You can be assured our couriers and office staff in any case will do everything possible to ensure that the bouquet found its recipient.

- Flower delivery at March 8, February 14: you always want that family and friends are not left without gifts especially during the holidays. To be sure that Your order will be completed in time, we recommend you to select flowers, gifts in advance. Floral holidays (March 6-9, 13-14 February, the New Year) flower delivery on exact time is not possible. There are such intervals of delivery times

- working hours 9.30am - 5.30pm
evening 6pm - 11pm
Delivery is carried out to the address specified in the order form, if the recipient is not in place, a bouquet will be left to relatives, friends, the Concierge, colleagues at work, our couriers will do everything possible, what would the bouquet found its recipient, delivery to another address is not provided. Photo delivery is not performed.
We reserve the right to make a pre-call on public holidays and between the numerous delivery services.

Rules and conditions international flower delivery.

orders for international delivery will be accepted no later than 48 hours before the date of delivery
-we deliver the bouquets in the course of the working day, delivery at a specific time is not carried out, we can only recommend the time of delivery.

- bouquets and flower compositions are made in a professional floristic salon in the city of delivery according to our flower catalogue
- in many countries flower delivery service are closed on Sunday and national holidays, the delivery of Your bouquet can be postponed to the next day.
if certain varieties or colors color/package is not available in a particular country at the time of ordering, the components of the bouquet can be replaced with flowers of the same quality or higher quality
- photos from the delivery are not guaranteed
- cancellations are possible no later than 48 hours before the date of delivery
- text birthday cards - no more than 200 characters, only Latin letters (for flower deliveries to countries outside the CIS)
- if the delivery address is listed accurately, or the recipient is not in place at the time of delivery, the flower delivery can be carried out late and the bouquet can be handed over to neighbors, relatives, work colleagues.
- the bouquet will be made in accordance with the traditions of the local floral schools in the country of delivery.
- confirmation of execution of delivery (taking into account the difference in time and mode of flower salons of the world ) can take significant time, we will notify You as soon as we receive a report from our partners abroad.

- in cases if the recipient is absent upon delivery, the order may be left on the doorstep, at the reception of the hotel, handed over to colleagues, relatives etc If this is not possible, the recipient will be transferred to the user upon receipt of the order. The best way to transfer the order, the courier chooses their own based on the actual conditions at the delivery address.
- in cases when it is not depending on us reasons (lack of a recipient not valid/ not a valid address, failure or inability to obtain gift recipient, etc) the bouquet is returned to the store at the place of execution and stored within 48 hours. After that, the order is sent for disposal, the order is considered completed.

The complaint.
Claims for the quality or delivery of flowers are accepted within days after delivery and treated within 7 working days. If the clarification would be that a failure or incorrect delivery was made because of the company we guarantee a refund or compensation flowers in a larger volume in agreement with the customer. Complaints of orders where the address and/or phone number of recipient is not correct or is not correct are not accepted. The amount of compensation for the unfulfilled or improperly executed order cannot exceed the amount of the payment.
